Purpose Statement

Whether in the executive or personal arena, I coach clients to understand their deepest calling, have the courage to answer that call, then draw up the map and support to get there, no matter what obstacles, challenges, setbacks or failures they meet on the path.

Working with me, you explore your depths and expand your boundaries, to live your one precious life in ways that matter to you and your legacy.

Meaningful work and relationships, clear communication, body/mind/soul alignment and designing actions that foster forward movement. Special focus on:
  • Creativity - ability to seek out the potential and hope in all situations.
  • Courage - ability to face whatever needs facing and making something good come of it.
I also enjoy working with people who have dif-abilities: I have coached and mentored many people who live with first-hand or second-hand challenges from cognitive differences to autism to A.D.D. I'm experienced with grief—from dealing with death to dealing with losses of many kinds. I know what the dark night of the soul is, and I am known as a guide who can shine a light through tough times.

Philosophy

  • Everyone has a calling, and the creative power to pursue it.
  • The world needs champions and heroes and you can be one of them.
  • Change yourself and you change the world.
  • There are endless positive choices to be made.
  • Life is not perfect, it's powerful.
  • Do what you have the power to do.
  • Accept your abilities even as you aspire to expand them.
  • Peace is very possible but it does not come from passivity.
These principles are not platitudes. I've seen them in action, and know them to be authentic milestones for walking the path of possibility.
